Comboni College of Science and Technology (CCST) became a local partner of Jesuit Worldwide Learning (JWL) for the Global English Language (GEL) program. Jesuit Worldwide Learning is a member of the European Kircher Network and of the International Association of Jesuit Universities (IAJU). The GEL programme follows the Cambridge English Unlimited course at 6 levels, from beginners to advanced. The program will be delivered in Port Sudan for the new comers of CCST as introductory course to reach the necessary level of English for international higher education institutions. The program consists of 2 hours of classes and 2 hours of independent study per day. Each level requires 120 hours teaching and 120 hours of independent study. Students have the possibility to access the resources on a Learning Management System (LMS) using a computer, tablet or Smartphone in addition to their face-to-face lessons in our site in Port Sudan. After completing three levels, students may sit for an international certificate of Cambridge while they pursue their respective university program at CCST.
